Meme likes shortbread.
I just so happened to be gifted with a new cookbook this week which has a shortbread recipe, so I made her some yesterday.
Today was my first attempt at pâte à choux, the start of eclairs.
They kind of failed to puff like I wanted.
I think I added too many eggs, but they still taste good.
